Jim
has been an adjuster for 27 years and began his career with GAB Robins.
He started Baggett Claim Service, Inc. in 1982 working out of his
home. The business has flourished to where there are now 19 employees
in the company. Jim has expertise in all aspects of claims handling,
including property and all types of casualty claims; including general
liability, garage-keepers liability and municipal liability. He is
a member of NAIIA, TIIAA and past vice-president of the San Antonio
Claims Association. He is a graduate of The University of Texas 
with BA degree. |

Jean Baggett

expertise is in large, complicated liability losses; including auto

Association for two consecutive years and she is a member of the Texas
Claims Association. |

Nick Baggett

Baggett has 11 years experience in adjusting Property and Casualty
claims. His specific areas of expertise are in large property losses;
particularly those involving toxic mold and foundation claims. Nick
graduated from the University of Texas
with a BA. He is also bilingual. Nick was designated "Adjuster
of the Year" in 2001. |

joined BCS in 1997 and she served as office manager for 4 years. She
is now adjusting claims and is primarily working both liability claims

Brian
has been with Baggett Claim Service since 1997. He previously worked
for GAB Robins for 14 years. He has earned both the CPCU and AIC designations
from the Insurance Institute of America. Brian primarily focuses on
handling all types of Property and Casualty Claims. He is also our
resident "computer guy" and runs our local area network.

Ron Andersen

Ron
joined Baggett Claim Service in 1998 as a Senior Adjuster. He previously
worked for Commercial Union and Nationwide Insurance Company. While
Ron works all types of property and casualty files, his particular
areas of expertise are in handling large commercial property losses.
Ron also has an extensive background in law enforcement and he is
also another one of our local "computer experts". |

Professional Service Advisory Seminar. Mike has particular expertise

Mike was recognized as "Auto Appraiser of the Year" in 2001.
